La Niña Internacional products are shipped to the continental United States by United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail, UPS, DHL, free of shipping charges to you, no later than 3 days after the order has been placed. After you make your purchase, you will receive a confirmation email with an order number and we will ask you to allow a certain time frame for shipment to be completed. Once your order is shipped, we will notify you of your expected delivery date via email and we will provide your tracking number.
Orders received Monday through Saturday, before 12 noon, will be ship the same day. (If the day the order was placed falls on a federal holiday, the order will be ship the following business day) Any orders received after 12 noon, will be ship the following day, except orders received after 12 noon on Saturdays and Sundays, which will be ship the following Monday, or the following business day if Monday falls on a federal holiday. (Occasionally we may need to resort to a different shipping company and if that is the case, we will make you aware, before you complete the purchase) All orders are shipped from Salt Lake City, Utah 84171, US. Once your order has been submitted, you may not cancel or change it.
All sale items are final and the products we sell are free from defects, stains, loose threats, without any holes, clean and ready to wear. We do not accept returns, as we provide an accurate depiction (photo) and description of the products and the accurate size and color for you to choose it before buying. We like to believe, if you buy some of the gently used or furbished products we sell, as well as the ones we design and make, is because you appreciate good quality and you want garments that last for a while. If you change your mind after you complete your purchase, you can donate your purchase to someone in need, that can enjoy it.
We are not responsible if the delivery address was entered wrong, if someone other than the buyer accepts the package, or if the package gets lost. n the event your package is lost by the shipping company, and you do not receive your order by the expected delivery date, you need to notify the shipping company, to start a claim.
